SECTION 1 - PRODUCTS

You may purchase pre order Nowrain.com products, separately or in combination with each other.

SECTION 2 - Pre Order REGISTRATION

When placing a pre order, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information persistently updated. The Company shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate or outdated information. And the Company shall have no obligation to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information anytime for your orders in the process of shipping by contacting us on: services@nowrain.com.

SECTION 3 - PAYMENT

You will be charged at the time of placing a pre order. If the Company is unable to fulfill shipping of a pre order product, the Company shall process a full refund to you. Methods of payment accepted are Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and others, as made available from time to time by the payment gateway provider. Your placing of a pre order constitutes your express agreement to the company charging of your provided payment method at such time. The purchase price does not include import duties, taxes, and other government charges, which are your responsibility. Returns will follow store policy and will only be accepted up to 45 days after the estimated ship date.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING

The expected shipping date for pre order products will be clearly noted on each Product page, subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery. The estimated day can be changed, and Company does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date. Therefore, in the event of a delay in meeting the expected shipment and/or release of the products, Nowrain Store shall not be responsible for any losses that may occur as a result of the delay and shall have no obligation to. Except as provided in these Terms, any discounts, refunds, or credits are offered due to any such delays. Products will be shipped in the order in which we receive your pre order products. Unless otherwise stated, deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

SECTION 5 - TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

The purchase of the products is subject to additional terms and conditions provided by Company. Your purchase of the Product will be subject to these Terms and Conditions and the refund policy.

SECTION 6 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Pre-Sale Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this website or in connection with the Services constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Services, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, without limitation, any prior version of the Terms of Service)

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.
